Check In Policy and Procedures

• Trick or Treat Street is Sunday October 28th from 4-7 pm at Southwind Park

• Check in is from noon to 3pm.  If you need to check in earlier, please contact Deb West to make arrangements
• Please check in at the front desk in Erin's Pavilion.  You will receive your booth location and lanyards at that time
• You may park where ever you would like to drop off your decorations and other assorted items.  However, by 3 pm all vehicles, unless otherwise specified, must be parked by the maintenance building at the south end of Southwind Park
• All vendors, unless specifically stated in your agreement must be checked in and set up by 3pm
• If you are an performer, please check in at 30 minutes prior to your perfromance time at the front desk at Erin's Pavilion.  Please allow yourself plenty of time to get through traffic and to get parked.
• Trick or treating booths will be open from 4-7pm.  If Midwest Family Broadcasting is providing candy for your booth, it will be at your booth on your arrival.  If you are providing your own treats you must have a minimum of 2000 units to pass out
• We will have pizza and drinks set up in Erin's Pavilion for vendors and entertainers from 2:30 to 3:30.  Please feel free to help yourself.

Door Prizes

• Each vendor is required to provide a door prize to be given away at Trick or Treat Street
• Door Prizes should valued at $25 or so
• Door Prizes should be family/kid friendly
• Deb West from WNNS will contact you the week of October 22nd about picking up your door prize from your business or making arrangements to collect it during check it
• All Door Prizes will be centralized in one booth at the Hope Picnic Shelter at the north end of Southwind Park to prevent bottle necking on the trick or treat route
• Door Prizes will be drawn for at random through out the event from 4-7.
• Items not claimed by winners at Trick or Treat Street will be collected by WNNS and taken to our main studio in Riverton.  Winners will be notified on Monday morning October 29th.

• Southwind Park is located at 2nd St and Southwind Dr. From I-55, take Toronto Rd. (Exit 90) to Second St., then turn north and travel 1 mile to Southwind Rd
