After 12 weeks of hard work, this is what the girls have to show for their efforts. A special thanks to carrie Skogsberg from the American Heart Association for being our official Judge

Congratulations to Deb West! After winning 2 of the 3 categories, she was declared the winner of the challenge but both women did an AMAZING JOB.

Choose who you think will do better in the weight loss/fitness challenge! Deb and Vanessa will be competing now through Dec 31, 2012. A winner will be determined by a combination of weight loss, inches lost and number of push ups each can succesfully do before needing to stop. If your team wins, you will automatically be entered into a drawing to win one of 4 lunches to be delivered to you by the loser...who will be wearing a cow suit. Enter by midnight December 21, 2012
