Sheryl Crow just filed a request for a restraining order against 45-year-old fan who allegedly began posting "disturbing" messages about her on Facebook back in April. Apparently this guy thinks Sheryl stole money from him (yeah…right) and is now threatening to shoot her. YIKES!

Scout Willis, the daughter of Demi and Bruce, apparently is not going to get TOTALLY off the hook for that little under age drinking stunt she pulled back in June. Of course she’s famous she’s not in a lot of trouble either. She has to do TWO whopping days of community service and stay out of trouble for 6 months and then they charges will be dropped. While I don’t think she deserves jail time for an admittedly minor offense can’t make her do at least a week of community service?

Lindsay Lohan just pulled a “I’ll show you mine if you show me yours.” Before she would film a rather steamy topless scene for her new movie “The Canyons,” she said she would only take her clothes off if… all the crew stripped down to their boxers as well. Why would a person who showed off her assets in Playboy all of sudden be so coy? Smacks of publicity stunt to me
